Revitalising Smith Street
A joint pitch with Chinatown Business Association to revitalise Smith Street saw the conceptualization of 喜@Smith Street which revolves around the Four Joys of Life: 人生大四喜.. In this, we seek to explore the themes of luck/serendipity, friendship, (marital/familial) bliss, and achievement towards recreating moments of Joy and Happiness as part of the experiential journey at 喜@Smith Street.
Co-living Hostels for Healthcare Professionals
Millet World was the business and place advisor for TAP — TS Group which won the MOHH’s RFP for consultancy, retrofitting and operating of the lodging facilities for healthcare professionals in February 2024.

Upper Lodge, a conceptual experience for Singapore’s first responsible co-living lodge with a sustainability concierge, welcoming people of diverse cultural backgrounds into a shared space that promotes personal well-being, environmental and social mindfulness.
Tekka 1001 (2020 – 2023)
Millet World was appointed by Tekka Place as its official placemaker in 2020 for a period of 3 years. Inspired by 1001 Arabian Nights, and the eclectic communities around Tekka, Millet World created a placemaking vision and strategy called Tekka 1001 to appeal to the youths, creative entrepreneurs and community arts groups.
Orchard Green (2019 – 2021)
Millet World was appointed by STB from 2019 to 2021 to build a calendar of community activities for Orchard Green — Design Orchard’s rooftop space. From mini concerts to yoga and dance classes, Millet brought in a diverse group of lifestyle, arts and community groups to Orchard Green.
